Very happy with the service we received on our recent purchase. Viewed the property on a Bank Holiday - it was no problem for them. Sound advice to our numerous questions, always within hours not days, and helpful explanations of local law and regulations. Post purchase the services have continued as we learn the do’s and dont’s of Spanish property ownership. Always willing to help or introduce others that can.

At every stage of the process they were helpful and gave regular updates on the market situation. They also gave realistic and timely advice with appropriate recommendations for pricing adjustments as necessary. The sale was concluded in a satisfactory outcome for all parties.

Julie and her team did all the paperwork for us and encountered any pitfalls with determination to win, which they did. This company are so professional and caring.
