Alta Villas shortly after moving to Javea in 2008. With a background in sales and corporate recruitment, she found it relatively easy to adapt job-matching skills to those needed to match people to property. She slowly built the company up to where it is today – a happy, friendly company with an unwavering dedication to helping clients buying, selling and/or renting property in the Javea area. Julie manages the business and looks after clients throughout the buying and selling process.
What do you like most about Javea?
“Simply everything! The beautiful beaches, breath-taking scenery, the friendly and cosmopolitan atmosphere, the fact that the area is safe and family-friendly, the wealth of activities there is to enjoy, especially outdoor activities like horse-riding and dog-walking.”
Do you have a top tip for moving to Spain?
“Yes. Come to Alta Villas for help and advice! Seriously! We want to sell and rent houses, of course we do, but we also genuinely want to help people even if they do not buy or sell with us in the end. After so long living in Spain, any member of the Alta Villas team is willing and able to help others do the same.”
What would your dream home look like?
“Luckily I finally have it! A traditional “casa de campo” (country house) with a lovely garden, gorgeous views and space for my family and other animals!”
Favourite thing to do outside work?
“I have 3 favourite things –family, my dogs and riding my horse in the beautiful countryside around Javea.”
Soraya is our Sales Consultant. She is a great team player and will always greet you with a smile. She's Dutch and moved to Spain with her family in her teens. She speaks 4 languages and is always ready to help you with friendly customer service.
