Spanish Visas
As you are no doubt aware, since Brexit, UK nationals can not spend more than 90 consecutive days in Spain. This 90/180 rule means that in a calendar year UK nationals can stay in Spain for up to 90 days in a six month period. The 90/180 rule can be applied twice a year, for example:
Visit 1:
Arrival date to Spain - 1st April
Return to UK - 29th June
Total length of stay - 90 days
Visit 2:
Arrival date to Spain - 1st September
Return to UK - 29th November
Total length of stay - 90 days
But fear not!! There are ways to bypass this rule by way of visas. There is the Investor Visa, otherwise known as the Golden Visa, then you have the Marriage Visa, the Lucrative Visa and the Non-lucrative Visa.
