Can I talk to someone and pay in person?
If you are uncomfortable with online platforms and prefer to see someone in person, the town hall “Department of Finance” is there to help. They have reorganised their staff to improve face-to-face care in their offices. You can make an appointment and talk to someone who can guide you through the process.

Which bank can I pay my car tax at?
Banco Sabadell, Banco Santander, Caixabank, and Cajamar agreed to collaborate with Javea Council on tax collection. BBVA decided not to participate.
If you receive a tax demand in the post, you can pay it through the Virtual Tax Office or go to one of the above banks and pay it at their ATMs.
