So you have bought your dream property in the sun but, if you are living in another country, who can you trust to take care of it in your absence?
Alta Villas offers a comprehensive property management service to owners based on many years of experience looking after properties in Spain. Your dedicated property manager will get to know your property and will always be on hand for any issue that arises. This will be the person within the team who is the expert on your property carrying out regular inspections and overseeing everything to do with the care of your house. Detailed inspections can be carried out on either a fortnightly or monthly basis - whichever level you decide is best for your needs – and definitely after adverse weather conditions. In the case of an emergency, the property owner will be contacted directly.

Property Management Package - Whatever type of property you own, it is important to make sure that it is properly looked after when you’re away. That is why the Alta Villas Property Management Package includes the following services:
- Initial full inventory of your property and its contents
- Twice monthly inspection visits comprising the following:
- Check all contents against inventory.
- Perform a visual inspection of the exterior, looking for any obvious defects, taking regular water meter readings.
- Perform a visual inspection of the interior, checking for wear and tear and noting the general and specific state of the décor
- Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial action
- Examine all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear
- Check post box if required
- Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing
- Make sure all your security services and equipment are fully functional with *24 hour emergency call out. (*Call outs charged at hourly rate – see contract)
- Management of regular maintenance services
In addition:
- We act as your official key holder
- We send you a bi-monthly conditions report highlighting any problems or recommendations regarding your property (complete with photographs where necessary)
- We can take delivery of post and small parcels at our office and take them to your property
- We act as your local information source
